Practica AI may provide:

  • Interactive project-management simulations
  • AI-generated scenarios
  • Role-based training experiences
  • Decision feedback
  • Performance summaries
  • Learning history
  • Free and paid access options

2. Practica AI Is Not Professional Advice

Practica AI is for training and educational purposes only.

Practica AI does not provide legal, financial, employment, psychological, medical, or official career advice.

AI-generated feedback, simulation results, scores, recommendations, and explanations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your real-life situation.

You are responsible for your own decisions. You should not rely on Practica AI as the only basis for career, employment, business, academic, or professional decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Practica AI.

By using Practica AI, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

We may suspend or delete accounts if we learn that a user is under 18.

4. Accounts

You may need an account to access some features.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes

5. Login Methods

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Practica AI, other users, or third parties.

Practica AI may support email/password login and Google login.

If you use Google login, your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms and policies.

We may change, add, or remove login methods at any time.

6. Free and Paid Features

Practica AI may offer free features, limited access, trials, subscriptions, one-time payments, or paid plans.

Some features may be free now and paid later. Some paid features may have usage limits.

Prices, plan features, limits, and billing periods may change over time. We will try to make paid terms clear before charging users.

7. Payments

If you purchase a paid plan or paid feature, you agree to pay the applicable fees shown at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paddle or another provider. We do not intend to store full payment card details on our own servers.

Your payment may also be subject to the payment provider's own terms and policies.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, fees are charged in advance and may be non-refundable, except where required by law or where we clearly state otherwise.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel according to the cancellation process provided in the product or by contacting us.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it may not automatically refund past payments.

Refunds may be considered case by case, unless a specific refund policy is shown at checkout or required by law.
